ALLIGATOR

King of the swamp, the Florida alligator
thrive in the everglades. These amazing
creatures can reach up to 16 feet and over 1,000
pounds! Don’t let them scare you though. They
can exist side by side with humans.

IGUANA

The green iguana and many other reptiles
were brought to South Florida in the pet trade.
Between humans releasing them and Florida’s warm
weather have played a part I them thriving
here. But unfortunately they are invasive and
have been eating and destroying the native land
and animals. So they've got to go!

OSCEOLA TURKEY

The hardest of the 5 US turkey species, the Osceola
turkey only live in a small part of central Florida.
They are beautiful with vibrant colors in the
springtime. Named after a famous Seminole
Indian Chief from the 1900’s, otherwise known
as Florida Turkey.
